1. ONLINE BOOKINGS, RESERVATIONS & REFUNDS
Online reservations require the customer to visit the selected NEW TOPGEAR AUTO FZCO branch in the United Arab Emirates within 7 days of placing a reservation to confirm vehicle or product details.
All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
Reservation deposits are valid for 7 days from the date of payment.
Vehicles and products are sold and delivered subject to NEW TOPGEAR AUTO FZCO’s conditions of sale.
If, upon physical inspection, the reserved vehicle or product does not meet the customer’s requirements, NEW TOPGEAR AUTO FZCO agrees to refund the reservation deposit without interest.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
2. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
NEW TOPGEAR AUTO FZCO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of vehicles or products purchased per customer, household, or order.
Such limitations may apply to orders placed using the same account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address.
In the event of typographical, pricing, or listing errors, NEW TOPGEAR AUTO FZCO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any affected orders.
All vehicles and products displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to offer, not a binding contract.
Customers agree to pay the full amount indicated during the order process, including applicable fees and charges.
Transactions are conducted in the local currency of the market where the vehicle or product is sold. Exchange rate variations and bank charges may apply for international cards.
VAT will be charged in accordance with UAE tax regulations, and appropriate documentation will be provided where applicable.
